1. Make your file Ready-to-print
- To what should I pay attention to when creating my file
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightThe resolution for offset printing is at least 300 dpi
- keyboard_arrow_rightAll around there is a bleed of 2 mm for cutting
- keyboard_arrow_rightText and images which should not be cut are at least 5 mm away from the final cut size
- keyboard_arrow_rightThe colors are in CMYK (print colors) and not in RGB (screen colors and internet)
- keyboard_arrow_rightThe maximum ink coverage is 300% (sum of all color channels)
- keyboard_arrow_rightAll fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines (prevents changes to your font when we are not in possession of the used font)
- keyboard_arrow_rightOnly black texts in maximum 100% K (black). The final result of 100% K is dark gray (pencil black)
- keyboard_arrow_rightBeautiful black solid areas on coated paper are best achieved with 60% cyan and 100% K, on uncoated paper with 40% cyan and 100% K
- What is CMYK
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightIn contrast to the colors on your screen which are made up of a composition of Red, Green and Blue (RGB), print colors are made up of a composition of CMYK, which forms the basis for modern four-color printing. These colors consist of C (Cyan), M (Magenta), Y (Yellow or Yellow) and K (Black or Cobalt).
- What is a maximum ink coverage of 300%
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightThe maximum ink coverage is calculated from the sum of the individual color channels CMYK: C + M + Y + K. The maximum color coverage must be respected and must not exceed 300%, because at higher values the drying time of the inks used is not sufficient and may cause a printout on the back pages. Moreover, the pages can even stick together during drying.
- How to send or upload your file(s)
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightYou can upload the file during the order using the provided upload link.
- keyboard_arrow_rightMake sure your file is saved in the correct file format. We only accept .PDF, .JPG, .TIFF and .PNG as print-ready files.
- keyboard_arrow_rightUpload several files which belong together in one compressed folder (.zip). Sending files by email afterwards can cause confusion and possible errors.
- keyboard_arrow_rightOnly upload files of the actual order, do not send us files of other orders, this may be the cause of any errors.
- keyboard_arrow_rightDuring the order it self you will see the file in your order overview, this way you know that the upload succeeded. If you do not see the file, it is best to re-upload or contact us.
- keyboard_arrow_rightYou can review the file at any time by clicking the link in your account or email. This way you have control over the uploaded file.
2. Order process and payment
- Which payment method can I use
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightPayment can be done in a simple and SSL secure and encrypted method via the online payment platform of Multisafepay with: Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, Maestro, iDeal, Giropay, Direct ebanking or Bank transfer.
- How can I see if my order has been received
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightImmediately after you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. This email is the confirmation that we have received your order. We ask you to check the email carefully and report any errors immediately.
- How do I receive my invoice after payment
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightYou will receive the invoice by email when your order is ready and sent. At that time, your order will receive the status "Completed". This way you know that you can expect your package the next working day. All invoices are also stored in your account in a clear list. Click on the invoice of your order to save to your computer.
3. General
- Can I still adjust my order
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightThat depends on the status of your order. If the status of your order is not yet on being processed, than you can still make adjustments. If your order is already being processed, it is no longer possible to make changes. Your order will be executed as planned at that time
- What is an online proof
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightAn online proof allows you to check your product for any errors. Your design goes through a RIP (Raster Image Processor) to produce a standardized printable PDF. This PDF is stored on our server. You will receive a link by email, which will take you directly to our online proof. After the check you have the option to report any errors or to save the PDF and use it for your order.
- What should I do if I have a complaint
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightAlthough we work according to the highest quality standards, it is still possible that an error occurs. If this is the case, fill in the complaint form within three working days after receipt of the goods, which you can find on our contact page. We will then contact you immediately.
- keyboard_arrow_rightDo not send your order back to us without being asked. If necessary, we will notify you. If you send your order back to us, we do not reimburse the shipping costs.
- keyboard_arrow_rightPlease note: a minimal deviation in color or typesetting does not fall within our tolerance of complain range and is no reason to complain.
- When will I receive my order
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightAll delivery times are shown during the order in number of working days. This period is also stated on your invoice. Overnight orders (24 hours), which are entered and completed before 10am, are shipped the same day. Within the Benelux, delivery is planned for the next working day.
- keyboard_arrow_rightAttention: keep in mind that the specified deadline is set and that the shipment is in standard, this means that an order can be delayed, either in production, or in the courier service, for example due to heavy traffic or weather conditions. The period is not guaranteed and also depends on the chosen country. (see: Free delivery for the standard delivery terms)
- What is a predetermined delivery time
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightA predetermined delivery time is the time we think we need to have your order delivered to you, set on the day you made the order. However, we cannot anticipate whether any delays will occur in the future after you've placed the order. For example, production may delay when it is very busy, or it may occur that the shipment is delayed by the courier, for example due to traffic or weather conditions.
- keyboard_arrow_rightIn both cases, keep in mind that the specified delivery time is a possible predetermined time and that all orders are send in standard shipment, this means that an order can be delayed, both in production and with the courier, and that a possible predetermined delivery time is not a guaranteed period! So always plan an extra day, this way you will not be surprises when your order is delayed. You can always take a faster service if your order is urgent!
- How much does the shipping cost
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightStandard delivery in the country you've ordered is free, so it won't cost you a cent
- keyboard_arrow_rightIf you wish to ship outside the country you're located, this is also possible. Please check the website of the country you wish to ship to.
- What if I cannot receive my package
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightIf you are unable to receive your package, in most cases the courier will return the next working day or leave your package at a collection point in your area. If you are still unable to receive or collect your package afterwards, your order will be sent back to the printing house.
- keyboard_arrow_rightFor a new delivery you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
- Can I collect my package myself at the printing house
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightDue to logistical reasons collection is not possible.
- Can I send my order neutral
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightSure! All our labels are provided with a neutral address, especially for our resellers, this way you can deliver directly to your customers. The customer receives a neutral package with the order, no invoices or order forms are sent with, in or on the package. Invoices are only sent directly to the orderer's email which was specified during the order. We never directly contact your customer for any reason.
- What is the difference between Express and Overnight (24h) products
-
- keyboard_arrow_rightOur overnight products (24h) are optimized in such a way that when your order is completed before 10am, the order will be shipped the same day with next day delivery.
- keyboard_arrow_rightPlease note: even with overnight orders the delivery is also in a standard shipment, which means that we cannot predict whether there will be a delay with the courier.

-
- keyboard_arrow_rightWhen your order is fully completed before 10am, your order will be sent the same day with a standard delivery the next working day.
